1) Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

2) Valid ID with photo or Passport must be presented at the Front Desk upon check-in.

3) Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 10pm an overnight charge of PHP 500 will be added if visitors remain after curfew.

4) Bringing in of food and beverage is highly discouraged, but if you wish to do so, light snacks may be allowed.

5) The safety of our guests, staff and this facility is extremely important to us. Preparation of food in guest rooms / balcony by any type of cooking appliance is PROHIBITED. A minimum fee of P1,000 will be charged for cooking in a room per offence.

6) The resort will not be held responsible for any lost valuables inside the guest room. The Front Desk Manager has lockable storage should you need it.

7) Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their room and any internal or external areas of the resort.

8) SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE GUEST ROOMS AND BALCONY AREAS. A deep cleaning surcharge of P500 per day will apply if you do so. You are welcome to smoke in the picnic table areas.

We are a pet-friendly resort 

1) There is a limit of two small pets per room with prior consent. We supply separate linens for pets so please refrain from having them on the beds.

2) Pets cannot be left unattended in the guest rooms.

3) Pets must be on leash whilst on the resort grounds.

4) Guest are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, we suggest toileting dogs outside the resort grounds.

5) Additional charges may apply if any damage is found in the room upon check out.

6) Should your pet disturb other resort guests, the resort will have no choice but to refuse further accommodation for your pet.

7) Any pet rooms incur an additional PHP 500 is charge for a full steam clean of the room after check out.
